(CPT) top management is committed to supply of high quality Construction equipment, Industrial chemicals and Safety equipments by accurately interpreting customer's requirements, in accordance with relevant standards and specification with a constant customer focus to achieve satisfaction.
CPT ensured the context of the organization i.e. to determine the internal/external issues of the CPT, addressing needs & expectations of interested parties by mitigating risk & converting into opportunities for its stargteic direction to achive intended result of quality management system.
CPT products / processes are managed by considering applicable regulatory requirements, establishing controls, communicating & verifying the compliance of requirements.
The top management is committed:
- To ensure that customers, contractor and legal requirements are met in providing services and manage the operations in effective & efficient way.
- To protect environment & prevent pollution to fulfil compliance obligation & other requirements to the reduce impacts /risks which may results in pollution or injury by enhancing QMS performance.
- To monitor continual improvements of QMS performance by setting objectives, targets and planning to achieve them.
- To ensure monitoring of quality issues through involvement of its employees, customers, suppliers, regulatory authorities and the community.
Meeting these standards is the responsibility of the entire team. CPT is therefore committed to working with all stakeholders to support effective operation of QMS and achievement of its objectives by providing employees trainings to enhance the competency & continually monitoring its effectiveness in operations.
CPT QMS Policy & objectives is being reviewed annually for suitability or upon achieving objectives.
CPT management to ensure that QMS policy is understood, published & communicated, and applied within the organization and is available to interested parties.
CPT employees are committed to comply to meet requirements of QMS to continually improve its effectiveness.
